An error occurred, but no details are available

Hello All,

I have a number of 3D web reports published.
When trying to view most of them, they produce the following error in a browser "An error occurred, but no details are available".
The title bar of the browser displays: "http://esource-03/crystal/enterprise9/eportfolio/en/infoobject.cwr?action=0&id=342".
The id changes from one report to another.
Only 3 reports displays succesfully while the other 13 have this problem.

I even tried to search for the "infoobject.cwr" on the server but couldn't find it.

Any clues?
